Chef Harry Shapiro is a native of Jacksonville, Florida and an active member of the Jacksonville Jewish Community. He has over 30 years varied Food Service experience, and is also trained in treiboring (deveining), koshering and butchering meat. He has worked as a Mashgiach for such organizations as the Star-K, Vaad of Staten Island, Chabad and more. In addition to catering, he is also the North Florida representative for Best Value Kosher Products, supplying Kosher meat, poultry, and groceries to the community at large.
Classic Kosher Catering has been catering your Kosher needs since 2008. We can provide an individual meal for one, or a large banquet event. We have established good working relationships with most of the hotels and resorts in North Florida and South Georgia , enhancing your trip to our area and alleviating any concerns about your Kosher dietary needs. Classic Kosher Catering operates out of a custom built fleichig kitchen with pareve capabilities, as well as the larger kitchen facilities at Etz Chaim Synagogue. We have the equipment necessary to do off-site cooking as well.
